You want to do your civic duty, and so you take the time out of your busy day to vote. But when you show up you’re told:
- It’s not your polling place
- Your name isn’t on file
- You’re missing the ID you didn’t know you needed
Or you make it past all of these hurdles and successfully get your ballot, but then:
- There’s a race on it you weren’t expecting and a slew of candidates you don’t know about
- The language describing the ballot measures doesn’t make sense
- Even for the races you were expecting, you’re not really sure which candidates will best serve you and your community
This is all so common in America — but it doesn’t have to be. Enter the Voter Concierge Corps, making voting in America simple and fun.
The Voter Concierge Corps makes voting clear and easy — by giving you personal voter info that helps you vote your values.

Concierges are nonpartisan volunteers on hand to:
- Research the specifics of your ballot
- Check your registration
- Help you make a voting plan
- And more!
Here’s how it works
1. You share what you need by answering a few questions in the form below.
2. Your Concierge prepares a voter guide — just for you! They gather all the information you need in one convenient place.
3. Your Concierge shares the information with you. You get to choose how you want the information: text, email, or a 1:1 video call.
4. You vote! If you like, your Concierge can follow up with resources and reminders leading up to Election Day. They are also available to answer any questions that come up. Truly a “white glove” service, at the price of… FREE!
Who runs the Voter Concierge Corps?
This Voter Concierge Corps was created by the Center for Artistic Activism and game and experience design studio Playscapades. It was developed with Vivian Peng and the League of Women Voters of Florida. The program is powered by a passionate group of volunteer concierges across the country!
What are your ulterior motives?
We really don’t have any! Concierges and all of our partners never tell you who or what to vote for. We’re just here to share info and resources. We trust you to make the best, most well-informed voting choices for yourself.
