Unstoppable Voters pushes innovation forward through rigorous experimentation
Unstoppable Voters knows experimentation is the engine of effective civic engagement. We help partners design and test creative interventions grounded in clear goals, audience insight, and measurable outcomes. We support in prototyping rapidly, implementing ideas in real-world conditions, and evaluating both effect and affect: the ability to move people emotionally while moving them politically. By approaching campaigns as structured experiments, we reduce any risks of innovation and enable teams to learn quickly, refine strategies, and confidently scale what works.
We create rare spaces where organizers are supported to try what hasn’t been tried before. Artists, activists, and movement leaders test ambitious ideas in live campaigns and analyze results. Experimentation becomes a shared practice of courage and curiosity that surfaces unexpected solutions and builds a growing body of knowledge about how creative activism wins. This builds adaptable innovators who continuously learn, evolve, and usher movements forward.
Experimentation Programs
We’ve run two major experimentation programs with partners across the US: our 2025 Field Tests and our 2024 Artistic Activism Test Kitchen. Our partners in these efforts included:
- American Association of People with Disabilities
- Be The Ones
- Center for Cultural Power
- CoolCoolCool Productions
- Democrasexy
- Fair Count
- Fandom Forward
- Public Wise
- QLatinx
- Songs for Good

Events and Resources
To help more people experiment with their civic engagement campaigns, we’ve led events, released videos, and published resources full of practical information.
Our Field Tests Field Guide takes you through how we proved pathways to success — and how you can, too. Whether you’re a national campaign, a small grassroots team, or an organizer looking to try something creative in your community, this guide gives you everything you need to run your own experiments and learn the most you can from them.
As one partner put it: “It’s only in trying new things that you can figure out what works – and what doesn’t.”

Greater Impact
Our partners share that our experiment programs energize teams, encourage bold creativity, and help them learn faster and more confidently.

In 2026, we’re running a major experiment program in close partnership with the Transgender Law Center. We’re trying innovative ideas for how to win in this moment by centering joyful trans liberation. Stay tuned for what we learn!
