Mauricio Delfin is a research associate at the Center for Artistic Activism and a member of the Artistic Activism Research Co-Lab.
He is a specialist in cultural governance, civil society, and civic technologies, with experience in social science research and arts management. Mauricio is interested in cultural democracy and social justice, linking civic engagement with open cultural governance. He was a Vanier Scholar, an OAS Open Government Fellow, and a fellow of the Latin American Open Data Initiative. He is a current member of UNESCO’s 2005 Convention Expert Facility.
