Mauricio Delfin is a specialist in cultural governance, civil society, and civic technologies, with experience in social science research and arts management. He is interested in cultural democracy and social justice, linking civic engagement with open cultural governance. Mauricio co-founded and led initiatives like Realidad Visual (2001-10), the Peruvian National Summit of Culture (2011-14), and Culturaperu.org (2009-15). He was a Vanier Scholar, an OAS Open Government Fellow, and a fellow of the Latin American Open Data Initiative.
