Personal Voter Concierge Service – where friends help friends vote early (& dance!)
Vote with Us invited friends and family across the country to reach out if they needed help researching their ballot or figuring out their voting logistics game plan for the 2022 midterm elections.
Each voter who requested support received a personalized ballot research tool, 1:1 coaching, and a special voting-themed mix to play (and dance to!) while they completed their voting plan.
The Problem
The experience of voting (even for the most savvy and enthusiastic voter) is a massive bummer. Why? Because:
- It’s easy to mess up.
- It’s emotionally exhausting.
- It’s confusing.
- It’s isolating and boring.
Every voter who participated in the voter concierge service shared that they were experiencing at least 1 if not all of these challenges. So the voter concierge service addressed each of them.
The Solution
By walking the voter through their voting plan, the Personal Voter Concierge helped them to avoid common pitfalls and identify roadblocks before they happen.
By bringing positive energy, jumpsuit silliness, dance moves, and unbridled enthusiasm for issues on the ballot, the Personal Voter Concierge offered a breath of fresh air. Voters walked away from the experience with a tangible shift in energy from negative to positive.
By breaking down ballot jargon and explaining the issues in easy-to-digest soundbites, it helped the voter become less confused about what they are voting for, and how to cast a stress-free vote.

The Personal Voter Concierge Service was provided to 59 people in 14 states and 33 cities. The voting guides created through the service were shared with approximately 900 voters from August through November 2022.

Through the Center for Artistic Activism’s expansive Unstoppable Voters program, we support creatively risk-taking, strategic, ambitious organizations, people, and projects that address urgent and specific anti-voter attacks. We provide training and community building for individuals and groups who are passionate about protecting the freedom to vote and bringing the needed innovation to that fight. And we provide funding and support to help manifest that innovation and bring real, measurable impact.
