Do you know that feeling of wanting to make sure you never forget the exact moment you’re in? You know — that kind of moment when everything about it feels so special — the space, sights, and sounds, and most importantly — the people, and the conversations, laughter, and joy you share with those people.
I really cherish those types of moments. They can seem quite rare, especially in a not-totally-post-COVID world where we’re still often connecting with one another through screens. And, for those of us who work in voting and social justice work — topics that frequently are encompassed with defeat and burnout — when (if) these moments happen, they feel not only memorable but also revolutionary.
This feeling hit me just over a month ago at a unique convening, Making the Impossible Possible, that we hosted in Atlanta, GA, for voting champions across the United States. Throughout our days of building connections and realizing our utopic dreams together, I found myself thinking: This is such a gift — being here with these incredible people.
I don’t ever want to forget that feeling. And, I want to share it with you!
With a full heart,

Support Artistic Activism
Do you believe in the power of revolutionizing civic engagement and fighting for social justice? We do too, and we need your help to make it happen! We’ve been on an incredible journey, and the shared moments have been nothing short of revolutionary. But now, we need your support to continue this momentum.
None of our work would be possible without the support of people like you, who believe in the power of artistic activism and its potential to transform society.
As we approach the August 31st deadline for our summer fundraiser, we aim to secure 50 donations, and we need 37 more generous supporters to help us achieve this goal.
